A downloadable game for Windows

Drone flying experience created for the DISCOMBOBULATE JAM. Take control of a futuristic drone and soar through a vibrant, retro-inspired world. With no set objectives or missions, this game lets you chill and collect points by flying through glowing rings scattered across a neon landscape.

Gameplay is straightforward and accessible:

  • Use the keyboard and mouse or an XInput-supported gamepad to pilot the drone.
  • With keyboard/mouse, move using WASD keys and look around with your mouse. On gamepads, the left stick controls movement, and the right stick to look around.

System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 7, 8, 10 (32-bit)
  • Processor: Dual-core 1.6 GHz or higher
  • Memory: 1 GB RAM
  • Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible GPU with 128 MB VRAM
  • Storage: 20 MB available space

Extract the files from the .zip archive to any folder on your computer.

To play the game, run the executable file (DronE.exe).

Controller Support: The game fully supports XInput-compatible controllers (such as Xbox controllers).

-On Windows 8 and newer, XInput should work right away without any additional setup.

-For Windows 7 and earlier, you may need to install the XInput driver (xinput1_4.dll). If the game prompts you for this file, download and install the required XInput drivers from Microsoft's website.

Such a futuristic retro feel to this - wow! 

The most satisfying gameplay I've experience this year - period. I was super amazed by the controls, the environment and the targeting system, impressive indeed! Can't wait for more!
